PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS
- All Purpose Flour (Maida): 600g
- Salt: 2 tsp
- Egg: 2
- Yeast: 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil/Ghee: 2 tbsp
- Milk Powder: 2 tbsp
- Water: as required
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- CHICKEN TIKKA INGREDIENTS
- Chicken: 600g boneless
- Oil: 2-4 tbsp
- Vinegar: 2 tbsp
- Crushed Red Pepper: as per taste
- Salt: as per taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
- Chaat Masala: 1 tbsp
- Roasted Cumin: 1 tbsp
- PIZZA TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
- Onions: 3 medium (finely chopped)
- Capsicum: 2 medium (finely chopped) Tomato: 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Mushrooms: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Olives: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Mozzarella Cheese: 1/2 packet
- Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 packet
- Crushed Red Chillies: 1/2 tbsp
- Oregano Powder: 1/2 tsp
- INGREDIENTS OF PIZZA SAUCE:
- 2 large Yellow Onions (minced)
- 3 Cloves of Garlic (Lehsun) (minced)
- 2 quarts of (canned) or fresh Italian Tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can of Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp. of Whole Oregano
- 1 tsp. of Whole Basil
- 1 tsp. of Salt
- 1/4 tsp. of Black Peppers
- 4 tbsp. of Butter
- 4 tbsp. of Olive Oil (Zaitoon Ka Tail)
HOW TO MAKE MICROWAVE CHICKEN PIZZA & PIZZA SAUCE
METHOD
• Add salt, egg, yeast, ghee or oil, milk powder, sugar and water to all-purpose flour and mix well.
• Add sugar and water to the mixture and knead well.
Once kneaded, store it in an air-tight container for 3 to 4 hours.
• Dough is ready to use.
